Is It Due To Glaucoma There Is Flash Of Light Appearing At Corner Of Eye?
Recently I have been seeing a flash of lightening on the corner of my right eye when I blink. I was at the eye doctor not too long ago and was tested for Glaucoma but everything was negative. This flash is not all the time but every few weeks. Not sure what it is?
Hi.. Welcome to HCM.. Flashes of light warrant a peipheral retinal evaluation for any retinal tears.. It is not due to galucoma.. Sometimes opacities in the vitreous also be seen as flashes.. Nothing to worry.. Consult the opthalmologist for peripheral retinal evaluation and for necessary intervention.. Hope this information is helpful to you..Take care..
