Is It Due To Piles There Is Burning And Irritation While Passing Stools?

Hi Doctor , I feel i have piles problem but i dont have any bleeding or back pain . when i pass the stool little bit of burning and irritation is there ... so i checked the anus ans i saw 2 to 3 small size tumor. please suggest me for piles. and clear me i need operation or not ... am very confused.

Your concern and query is appreciated, just a burning sensation is not the sign of hemorrhoid even irritation may not indicates the hemorrhoid, then main symptoms of hemorrhoid is bleeding, and pain, but you do not have this, so it may not be piles.
If this is the hemorrhoid being suspected then clinical examination is must and it can only judge the condition, else the given symptoms could be due to dermatological condition or it may be infection, it may be fissure also although chances of this is very less likely.
