Is It Harmful For Foetus If Both Uterine Arteries Show Early Diastolic Notch?

i am 31 year old and iam 23week pregnent. my altrasound report shows both uterine arteries show early diastolic notch. p.i. of right utrine artery=1.1 p.i. of left utrine artery=1.37 . please tell me what is it and this is serious for fetal health and growth.

Diastolic notch should disappear after 22_23weeks.persistence of notch indicates increase in poor fetal outcome.in your case you need to undergo USG at weekly interval to know the blood flow resistance.
