Hi and welcome to HCM

Lomofen contains diphenoxylate hydrochloride 2.5 mg, atropine sulphate 0.025 mg, furazolidone 50 mg. Prescribed in conditions of diarrhoea due to bacterial infections, associated with gastroenteritis & food poisoning.

FDA has categorized this drug as Category C: It means either studies in animals have revealed adverse effects on the foetus (teratogenic or embryocidal or other) and there are no controlled studies in women or studies in women and animals are not available. This Drug should be given only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the foetus.

As per my knowledge it is less likely to affect the fetus, but i suggest you to stop this drug and consult your doctor for examination.

Regards
Dr Santosh
