Is It Necessary To Meet A Doctor For Skin Rash And Throat Pain Of A 13 Year Old Boy?

My thirteen year old son has a rash all over his stomach, chest, legs and three pimple bumps on his stomach that are the size of a pea. He was running a fever a few days ago which I kept him home from school. Should I take him to the doctors? He also complained of his throat hurting? I have not changed detergents, or food routine. Thanks in advance.

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Many of the children do develop rash during fever especially during respiratory tract infection. The rash is usually self limiting, symptomatic treatment with Paracetamol Syrup and warm saline gargling will be helpful.

Take Care
