Is It Necessary To Take Medication For High BP?

My blood pressure is 204 Over 130. I m not taking any blood pressure medication. I figured my body is use to dealing with my high blood pressure up until now with no concerns so if I start on a medication it will then inter fear with that normal progress and create bigger problems for me etc. side effects etc , can u pls tell me if my way of thinking is suitable for my circumstances.

hello,I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Your thinking is definitely not proper and in fact it is dangerous.Hypertension is silent enemy, almost 30% of patients are unaware of it.It damages eyes, kidneys, brain and heart without patient being aware about it!And it leads to irreversible damage to such organs with no point of return. So you need medication and that too life long. Please get yourself checked up for any kidney or vital organ damage too,
My best wishes
