Is It Normal For 4 Months Old To Sound Congested In Lungs?

My daughter has been coughing for almost a week now she gets strangled on mucus. I have told her doctor he says with her not having fever its just head cold. My questions is it normal for her lungs to sound fine now they sound congested she is 4 months old.

Hi.
If your child is not running fever and is not having breathing difficulty, then its ok. As this needs examination and her doctor and you also probably have not noticed any signs of diatress , then you don't need to worry. Also if she is taking her feed, then its OK.
All you need to is to keep her from cold and poor hygiene and she will be healthy.
