x-ray result: fibrotic opacities are seen in both upper lungs tiny calcific nodule is seen in the right basal lungs heart is not enlarged. diaphragm and bony thorax are unremarkable. Impression: consider ptb, both upper lungs granuloma, right basal lungs

Thanks for your query.
The findings of your chest x-ray are suggestive of old healed past tubercular spot in the lung and in the absence of symptoms like fever, weight loss, coughing these are probably inactive lesions and if symptoms are present you should have a detailed work up for tuberculosis including sputum for acid fast bacilli.
