Is It Normal For A Child To Burp A Lot While On Vyvanse?
My daughter who is 7 years old has recently began taking adhd meds. She was on Focalin 10mg first for a few weeks. Wasn't a good match, made her very jittery and her voice hoarse. Vyvanse is what she has been taking for 4 days now. She has been burping a lot. Anything I should worry about?

I can understand your concern. Vyvanse is a stimulant drug and the drug results in intense excitation. When the drug is started in any individual then for first few weeks this might cause excitation and symptoms like burping. So if she has been burping a lot then no need to worry these symptoms will reduce in some days. Consult her doctor if burping persist, any good OTC antacid can help to reduce the symptoms.
