Is It Normal For Lactating Mother To Lose Hair While Taking Biotin Tablets?

hii,iam a lactating mother since 11months.My hair have been falling off since 5months ,reduced to one forth thickness.now its looking unhealthy with split ends and white powdry particles.I have been taking fe,ca tablets.Now started on using folifast hair ticture with biotin tablets.Is it safe? and how much beneficial?PLs do give me a remedy for my problem.thanking you.

I read your problem. It is a natural to loose hair while lactating. You may not worry about this. Once weaning has begun, your hair will start growing.

Have you had dandruff before conceiving? You must make sure that the hairfall is not because of any other allergen.

Biotin is safe to be used during lactation. You may not worry about its side-effects. It is beneficial in cases of hairloss due to the deficiency.
