Is It Normal For My Testicle Sac To Be Enlarged With A Lump Near The Left Testicle And Could Frequent Masturbation Be A Factor?
The size of my testicle sac is big and it is hanging down more than normal . If I touch it, I feel a lump like thing of nerves beside the left testicle, I am 18 years old and by seeing the my testicle getting bigger it makes me worry, i use to masturbate atleast 2 times a day. Is this serious or normal?
Get clinically examined by a Urologist. Your treatment will depend on what is causing unilateral enlargement of the testicular sac / scrotum. Possible causes of testicular asymmetry include testicular torsion, varicocele, testicular mass or tumor, infection, trauma, UTI, infections, injuries, fluid-filled sacs (hydroceles), etc.
Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are vein enlargement (varicoceles), inguinal hernias, or testicular cancer. To diagnose the cause the urologist will first do physical examination and may ask for certain tests and investigations to be done like ultrasound, etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
