You have severe infection in throat and in groin area. You take strong antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice a day. And take anti inflammatory drugs like nimesulide with paracetamol like nimeson-P tab twice a day. For one to two weeks. Apply antibiotic cream like gentamycine on the pyoderma in groin area. And take bath in water containing dettol. Take vitamin C tab 500 mg thrice a day. Improve immunity to prevent relapse. Go for blood investigations to rule out any immunocompromised condition. You may become alright. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
