Is It Normal Not To Bleed Much After Taking Mifepristone And Misoprostol?

hello sir i am pregnant about 3 month ..i was scared of doing surgical abortion so i hav taken first day of mifepristone 200mg after 24 hours i take misoprotol 200mg and after 12 hrs i take misoprotol 200mg again...but i haven t start bleeding yet and i hav stomach ache also

Hello, thanks for posting on HCM.
Medical abortion that is abortion done by taking medicines like mifepristone and misoprostol are indicated within 8-9 weeks of pregnancy. Anything more than that it causes other ill effects like incomplete abortion and prolonged bleeding.
As you already are in 3rd month of pregnancy, ideally you should undergo dilatation and curettage procedure. It is done on OPD basis, you do not have to be admitted for long time. Just few hours and it will be done.
The doctors will just put currete in uterus and clean up the product of conception.
As you have already have pain I would highly recommend you to go and consult a gynecologist about the same. If the doctor is ready it can be done on that visit only.
