Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Sometimes the babies do not pass stools up to one week.
As long as there are no untoward symptoms, you need not worry.
You may give Lactulose syrup once daily after consulting your doctor.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
