Is It Normal Of Having RBC: 2-3 /HPF, Pus Cells:2-4 /HPF In Semen Analysis?

hii today i got my semen analysis report. In physical examination volume is 3.5 ML , pH is 8 , colour is opaque , liquefaction 30 min,

Microscopic Examination : total sperm count is 51 million, Sperm Motility

active : 65% , sluggish:5% , dead :30% , Pus cells :2-4 /HPF , RBC : 2-3 /HPF ,Epi Cells :1-2 /HPF , clumps +....

is my reports normal and fine??

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
2-4 pus cells and 2-3 rbcs are normally present in semen analysis report. It is normal finding. Moreover your sperm countand motility is also normal. No any other abnormal findings are there. You have normozoospermia. Don't worry about your semen analysis report. Just be relaxed.
