Is It Normal Or Matter Of Worry To Have A Sudden Drop In Temperature Within 5 Minutes ?

if my temp was 100.7 then droped to 99.5 5 minutes later is that bad if my temp was 100.7 and it droped to 99.5 five minutes later is that bad?

was there any other symptom along with temp.if no then no need to worry such thing can happen temp may drop due to exercise also.without any reason also temp can drop .
