General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
What wonders is who must be allowing to have physical activities like running when you have got fever????

Yes, it can certainly increase the body temperature.
Anyways, the normal temperature of the body is 37, increase of 0.5 is not much significant.

Take full bed-rest till you get well.
