Is It Normal To Experience A Heart Rate Of 49?

I am 30 F, my normal heart rate in day time Is 47 or 49..sometimes I will suddenly feel weak and light headed and at that moment it drops more..in night time I have recorded even 39! Is it normal ? My current primary physician says it s okay and I am fine ..but I am really not an athlete ! Also my BP is usually 64/100..

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Check your ECG. 39-47 is sign of bradycardia, atrioventricular blockade, dysfunction of vegetative nervous system. Consult cardiologist.
