Hi, I am 42; had mirena coil fitted 4 3/4 yrs ago during surgery for Fibroids, Endometriosis and a cervical polyp removal. I am currently deciding on whether or not to have it replaced by another in August but wanted some advice. 1)Is it normal or healthy to bleed/small discharge within a day after jogging/fast walking at the gym? 2) Is it normal to have stomach soreness/mild cramping a day or two after mild sexual activity. The latter symptoms have been the case since I had it fitted but the gym is a new activity. I have family history of Womb and cervical cancer so extra concerned about it. Smear was clear from December, but I started the gym in January. I stopped jogging immediately as the bleeding was more evident but even just fast walking still causes some irritation. I also get mid month very slight bleeding? I would be grateful for advice, Many Thanks
