Is It Normal To Experience Bleeding And Spotting After Depo Shots?

Hello I received the Depot shot 3 times and since I ve started its been frustrating I m constantly bleeding and spotting my last shot was the first week of February and I m still spotting and due for the shot again in which I refuse to take how can I get this to stop

Hello and welcome.

If you do not like the accompanying side effects then you should chose to discontinue the same and go ahead with some other option of birth control. Please speak to your doctor about the same. As for the side effects, they should soon subside as the effect of the depo shots wears off, most probably about a month or so after the next shot is due.
