Is It Normal To Experience Spotting And Cramps Before Period Date?
My period isn t suppose to come on until the 12th of this month. yesterday my stomach starting cramping lightly and i felt like my cycle was about to begin. I started spotting lightly and as the night progressed the spotting got heavier to where it resembles my period. i am not sure whether my cycle decided to come early this month or is it something serious. I ve never experienced this before please help.
Cramps and spotting is a routine matter in many cases. Many a times associated with anaemia and stress too.
It ma be managed by keeping hot water bottle over uterine area to relax the cramps. Pain killer should be avoided except occasionally. Onlybin case it stays like that you may see your family doctor.
If I were your doctor, would simply advise you to take Ayurveda's safe liquids Ashokarishta, Lohasava and Rodhrasava which are even given to healthy women, to get rid of irregular cycles, cramps and managing anaemia.
Hot water drinking also helps.
Hope it calms your mind. Now please do it and be happy and have fun.
