Is It Normal To Get Headaches And Pain Behind The Neck Along With Anxiety?
A lot going on at this time...I am a 70 yr old widow... It has been a busy month with a grandchild graduating from college and another this week from high school... Im the one who has their parties at my home, etc.... So have had some light headaches in the back of my neck and also some anxiety... I'm thinking this is normal for all that is happening,....
Anxiety and sleep deprivation can cause similar symptoms and there is no need to worry about it. You can take analgesics like Tramadol for symptomatic relief and you can consult physician in case of persistent symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
