What Causes Anxiety, Headaches With Shoulder And Neck Pain?
I have just had a esr blood test come back at 39, I am 35 and have been suffering anxiety which I do have headaches and lots of shoulder and neck pain which I have been told is tension from the anxiety, could the esr results be relavent or is this a seperate problem and what could be causing this
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I don't think the result of ESR have any significant relationship with your anxiety. Anxiety is a disorder which could cause a series of weird symptoms which do not have any medical backing. These symptoms often seems to be obsessive. In your case, the head aches and neck / shoulder pain are of that nature.
Stress people often stretch / jerk their neck suddenly several times which could cause the pain. Head ache usually is associated with stress. Address your stress first.
I can help you in this aspect. Psychotherapy techniques should suit your requirement. If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.
