Hello and welcome.
I am Dr Nilajkumar a consultant gynecologist and I will be helping you in your queries.

You had a sexual episode during the safer part of the cycle. Also have used Plan B so chances of pregnancy are not there. The spotting and may be due to plan B. The cramps now may be due to ovulation, some unrelated cause like gastritis or impending period.

If you still suspect pregnancy, get a urine pregnancy test done 3-4 weeks after the sexual episode to rule out pregnancy.
If the cramps persist, see a doctor and get an evaluation for other causes.
Hope I was able to answer your question.
Thanks for using HCM.
Have a good day.
