Is It Normal To Get Neck And Shoulder Pain After Hitting At The Eyebrow With Bruised Eyelid ?

I hit my head above my eyebrow on a concrete column I had a big bump right after. The next day I had neck and shoulder pain . The swelling is down but my eye lid is getting purple bruising and my eyebrow itches but it hurts when I scratch is this normal

All swelling and pain may follow your head injury. take ice compression. You can take analgesic anti inflammatory like hifenac p.other symptoms are self limiting. In 15days they will subside
