Hello

A systolic Blood pressure of 150 is considered to be slightly high as the recommended range is 140/90. As you have said that you are already maintaining good lifestyle habits. So I would like to advice to to start on low dose on antihypertensive medicine like Amlodipine after consulting your doctor personally.

I wish you good health
