Is It Normal To Have A Lot Of Wind While Participating In High Intensity Aerobics?

I have recently started participating in high intensity aerobic/strength workout sessions 3 times a week and have changed my diet to incorpirate more healthier foods. Since doing this my bowl movements have not been formed at all and I have had a lot of wind. Is this normal?

Hi,

Yes, it is normal to have bowel movements changes with changing your lifestyle (involving in aerobic workout sessions) and your diet.

I'd advise to get plenty of water to substitute the liquids you lose while doing workout sessions and to have more foods high in fiber content.

All the best!
