Is It Normal To Have A Lot Of Wind While Participating In High Intensity Aerobics?
I have recently started participating in high intensity aerobic/strength workout sessions 3 times a week and have changed my diet to incorpirate more healthier foods. Since doing this my bowl movements have not been formed at all and I have had a lot of wind. Is this normal?

Hi, Yes, it is normal to have bowel movements changes with changing your lifestyle (involving in aerobic workout sessions) and your diet. I d advise to get plenty of water to substitute the liquids you lose while doing workout sessions and to have more foods high in fiber content. All the best! Dr.Bardha
