Is It Normal To Have A Lower Abdomen Pain During Pregnancy?
I am having bad stomach pain in my pelvic area and it is more server on the left side. I missed my period and my pregnancy test came back positive. I am not running a fever but my movement is limited due to the pain. Can you tell me what this might be?

Low abdominal pain can be a normal symptom during pregnancy but it is always good to have a check and rule out more important conditions such as ectopic pregnancy or other complications of pregnancy.
You will need a transvaginal ultrasound and possibly a BHCG blood test.
