Is It Normal To Have Back Pain And Spotting Each Time Before Menstruating?
hi i am having red blood like discharge before my periods..last month i had spotting on a day of period and then had cramping , back pains for a week and then period came up.. this tym i am having red discharge on date of period and cramping and other pains too.. please adive..my periods cycle is 21 days.. thanks

you have to undergo ultrasound pelvis to rule out endometriotic cyst ovary and to see uterus.
if it is normal you can take oral contraceptive pill for 3 months to reduce this pain.
spotting is normal.
