Hi,thanks for query.Backache at this stage of pregnancy is not very common.In case of advance pregnancy the weight of uterus increased and that leads to stretching of its support,so backache can be explained.At this stage the reason for backache must be something else.Even previous spinal tap is not related,if the backache is bother some please see your doctor.
