Is It Normal To Have Chest Pain With The Start Of Treatment For TB?

Hi I undergone for tb treatment on left side of my lungs 4 year before , during treatment mild chest pain started & which occur normally sometime . My ct scan & x ray report is normal with presence of scar tissue . Is this type of repeat chest pain normal ? Please reply. ASC - India

Your chest pain is because of scar tissue in lung.
Post inflammatory scarring can lead to chest pain.
Pulmonary function test can be done to diagnose restrictive lung disease Steroid is useful, if its fibrosis.
