Is It Normal To Have Constant Nausea While Being Off Nortriptyline?
Hello, I m in the process of coming off nortriptyline so I can start pristiq. Today is my 4th day completely off nortriptyline and I have had strong constant nausea from morning to night for these whole 4 days. Is this normal? Will it go away when I start taking the pristiq? Thanks, Melanie

Yes, there is mild nausea and vomiting are the common side effects of nortriptyline . It will subside once you stop taking nortriptyline. Meanwhile you can take Anti-emetics to avoid these side effects.
