Is It Normal To Have Elevated CA 125 With Enlarged Uterus?

My CT scan showed that my uterus is moderately enlarged with heterogeneous myometrial ( 5X 5 X4.5 cm) and thickened endometrium with fluid in the canal. Plus I have an elevated CA 125 of 165. Is this normal to have an elevated CA 125 with my current results of CT scan, RT and LF ovaries not seen in sonogram but no obvious masses seen in RT & LF ADNX per CT scan or sonogram. I am 54 and menopausal and on HRT for about 3 years. No bleeding present, I had a abulation in 2003 and fibroids removed. But I have been have inttermitent very severe lower abd pain regularly for about 3 months now. The overall pain started approx in the summer of 2009.
