Is It Normal To Have Heartburns And Acid Reflux During Pregnancy?

Hi, I'm 8 months pregnant and just brought up out of my throat a bloody clot that was stringy looking. I feel completely fine. No coughing or sore throat. For the first time in my pregnancy for the last 2 nights I've been experiencing mild heartburn or acid reflux feeling in my throat. I'd love any imput.
