Is It Normal To Have High Anxiety After Moving Down To 50 Mg From 100 Mg Of Pristiq?
Was on Pristiq100 mg for 3 weeks. Prior to that, 2 months on 50mg. My main problem is anxiety (was on paxil for 15 years before it pooped out). Decided (with my Dr.) to go back to 50mg, as I was too wired. I notice some additional high anxiety a couple days after going down to 50mg. Is this typical?

These medications are anti anxity agents. If you are anxous talk to your doctor for higher doses or change of medication. Meanwhile take sedatives like alprazolam 0.5 mg.
