Is It Normal To Have Lower Abdominal And Back Pain While Urinating Caused By UTI?

I found out i have a UTI today, I went to the doctor and everything. I started taking antibiotics today also. I just want to make sure its normal cause I still have a few symptoms, like I went to the restroom once and had light bleeding only when I wiped, I have lower abdominal cramping, and lower back pain, and it still hurts when I finish peeing. is this normal?

Welcome to HCM.
Lower abdominal and back pain might be due to severe uti.
Mild bleeding might be due to beginning of your cycle, cramp in lower abdomen usually occur during this time.
There is inflammation in the urinary tract due to severe uti which also give rise backache and abd.pain.
Continue antibiotic, take any nsaid with dicyclomin to subside cramp and backhache.
Drink more water and other liquids.
Take proper care for local hygiene.
Keep in touch with your doctor.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, if you have urinary tract infection which is untreated then it is likely that it may cause backache and other related symptoms too I would advise you to better have treatment for this, Ofloxacine 400 mg twice a day for 5 days and urine alkalizer will also gives good result try it and no need to worry about it have nice day.
