Is It Normal To Have Lower Abdominal Pain And Bloating Before Late Periods?

First I haven't had my period since September. I've been feeling bloated and nauseated and irritated with some lower abdominal pain and pressure in my upper stomach. Note this month Im late and as of this morning bleeding with a slow heavy flow. Is it my cycle or its there a possibility that something is wrong with me?
