Is It Normal To Have Lower Back Pain And Blood In Urine After Hysterectomy?

Hi, I had horrible pains in my right side - lower back and pelvis.......and started noticing a significant amount of blood in my urine. This lasted for 3-4 days - didn't happen all the time but did continue and the urine was very cloudy also.
The pain in my back went away but the pain in my lower stomach, pelvis has continued. Almost fells like i'm having a period even though I've had a hysterectomy.\

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having renal colic giving this problem.
You might be having acute urinary tract infection and there are all chances of having renal stones by seeing the severity of pain.
Go for urine check up and ultra sound examination.
consult urologist and get examined.
Meanwhile take some antispasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
