Is It Normal To Have Pain In Trachea And Lungs Due To Cough?

I have a cold and when I cough it's so painful in my trachea n now in my lungs, should I go to the hospital? I think I may have the flu n not just a cold I have lots of fluid build up in my lungs n am wheezing a bit but don't have asthma or anything like that

I think you should visit pulnonologist and get done chest x ray and CBC. The symptoms you said are likely to be due to lower respiratory tract infection like pneumonia. It is quite vommon to have bacterial pneumonia after viral URTI. The pain in your lungs with coughing, sputum production, wheeze everything can be seen in pneumonia. So better to go with Chest X Ray.
