General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The swelling inn your left groin, stinging to pee are related to possible uro-genital infection. Skin flaking from penis head is related to thrush.

I highly suggest to get checked by a local doctor or go to ER as soon as possible. Physical examination and further lab tests are needed :
- urine analysis
- genital ultrasound
- sperm culture

Your wife should be also medically checked as she might have genital infection (thrush) too.

You can send a photo of your affected area (swollen left groin and penis head), so, I can assist you further!
