Is It Normal To Have Stiff Neck And Slight Pressure In The Head After Hitting?

I had a car trunk door hit the back off? _ my head while putting a bag in the trunk yesterday. This. Morning. I awoke with a stiff neck radiating to my shoulder. I still have slight pressure in my head and feel nausras .I called into work. Is this normal?

Hello,

Please get a cervical spine x-ray done, to rule out any bone injuries. If an X-ray does not give any clarity, then we may require a cervical spine MRI scan.
