Is It Normal To Have Swollen Face Post Treatment For Major Injury?

my son fell of a cliff 3 days ago he was treated for the many injuries at the ER and sent home. his face was damaged and he had 23 stiches on the nose between his eye brows. today he woke up and his face is swollen his eyes are almost complete swollen shut is this normal 3 days latter

The swelling over the face can be secondary the inflammation following multiple injuries over the face. The other possible cause can be secondary to hematoma. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take antiinflammatory drugs like serratiopeptidase, which reduces the swelling.
