Is It Normal To Have Swollen Painful Prostate After Ejaculation?

Hi Ive been experiencing some pain in my prostate area for some months now, usually it's associated with ejaculation. The past to weeks my semen has been brownish pink with brown chunks in it. My prostate sometimes feels swollen. I'm only 34 years old. Is this common?

Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

This is commonly seen in men who ejaculates frequently or after an episode of strenuous sexual activity.

Drink plenty of fluid and vitamin c and it will go away on its own. If symptoms persist see a urologist he might need to do a rectal examination and a prostate ultrasound.
