Is It Normal To Have Uneven Chest With One Side Higher Than The Other?

Hi, I am an 18 year old male and have noticed that my chest is uneven, in that the right side of my chest is higher then the left and the breast plate seems to stick out like a pigeon chest, I know that this is not normal yet I seem to have no respiratory or pain issues so Im confused to what it is and is it serious?

YOU MAY BE HAVING A CONGENITAL CHEST WALL DEFORMITY OR DUE TO RICKETS IN CHILDHOOD. IF YOU HAVE NO SYMPTOMS AND ALL YOUR TESTS PERTAINING TO RESPIRATORY SYSTEM, YOU NEED NOT WORRY AND NOTHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.
