General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for observing worms in the toilet after passing urine.

It is very rare to pass worms with urine so these could have already been in the toilet.
Another possibility is that they are in your intestine and they could have come out of your anus while you were on the toilet.
This is much more likely than having passed them with urine.
If this is the case, having worms in your intestine is something that you should be detected by stool analysis and be treated with medication.

Although rare but another possibility is a parasitic disease called Schistosomiasis which affects the urinary tract but it is usually associated with painful urination and blood in the urine.

Schistosomiasis is diagnosed through the detection of parasite eggs in urine specimens. Antibodies and/or antigens detected in blood or urine samples are also indications of infection.

So you are advised to undergo stool analysis and urine examination to rule out the possibilities of the above mentioned parasitic infections.
