Is It Normal To Pass A Mass Of Tissue Vaginally Postpartum?

I have 2 fleshy items coming from my vaginal opening . They look pointy . but are soft to the touch. No pain or discomfort nor discharge or bleeding. Had a baby vaginally almost 6 months ago. Noticed it only after giving birth. They go away and come back around my peiod.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Passage of fleshy mass per vaginum after birth is abnormal and needs to be investigated.
Passage of fleshy mass can be bits of uterine tissue or placenta.
An ultrasound of the uterine cavity will help to ascertain whether any mass is present in the uterine cavity.
In case any left over tissue is present, it needs to be removed under ultrasound guidance.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist at the earliest for further management.

Thanks and take care
