Is It Normal To Spit Out Blood While On Antibiotics For Strep?

I have strep B I have had it for about 3 days before I finally went and got it checked out by the doctor. I took my antibiotics today at 11 am I went to sleep and woke up at 2:50pm I felt somwthing in my throat so I forced it up so I could spit it out and I started spitting out a lot of blood. I amtaking cefdinir cause I am allergic to penicillin is it notmal to spit out blood with strep ?

throat swab culture and sensitivity tests may be done. and best sensitive antibiotic may be taken. now warm saline gurgling may be done. vit c and high protien diet may be taken. take fresh fruits and vegetable.
