HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best not to adjust your medications on your own. This should be done in conjunction with your doctor.

You should consider contacting him or her to find out if the increased dose is warranted.

I hope this helps

Psychiatrist Dr. Abhishek Kapoor's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Maximum recommended dose of vyvanse is 70 mg per day. You are taking 120 mg per day, it is already above the maximum dose. If you take 200 mg per day, in that chances of side effects like cardiac arrhythmia, increase in blood pressure, psychotic or manic symptoms will be high. Better to decrease the dose rather than increase.

Thanks
