Is It Okay To Stop Medicines For Vomiting When Suffering From Loose Motion?

hi, my son in 16 months old and he has started vomiting yesterday 7 0r8 times and we gave domestal syrup at afternoon and give coconut water, butter milk in evening afterwards he got loose moose very watery only one time, then at night we gave flora SB for only one time,is it ok to stop medicines now
