Is It Okay To Switch From Synthroid To Levothyroxine?

I have been out of my synthroid for about 4weeks now.. Feeling dizzy, lighthed, weak, tired and very constipated. Also, my hair is getting very, very thin. I have a hard time paying for the name brand but my insurance will be only $5.00 for generic. Can I switch from synthroid to levothyroxine?

Thats ok...no problem...take levothyroxin with the same dose of synthyroid for two weeks and check again for your thyroid function...
